Non-for-profits are entitled to a free posting. Other organizations may be subject to fees, and must abide to our city ordinance. The slides we post are created as JPEG picture files or in PowerPoint™. If a press release is submitted in text format we pick out key points and pictures for display, since it would be too difficult and time consuming to broadcast all the details. In preparing these slides we keep in mind your time sensitive information. Too much information can be over taxing for the viewer. If there are certain points you would like highlighted from these press releases, please feel free to help direct us. If you prefer, you are welcome to create and submit what you would like to see on our channel in PowerPoint™. It is best to keep the Font size larger than 24. JPEG creations can be sent as well in a resolution of 720 x 540, 800 x 600, or 640 x 480. These slides generally are shown in durations of 15 seconds.
